This S3 safety shoe really packs a punch: it has no leather and no metal, and that has its advantages.
If there is no metal on the shoe, there is no risk of scratching anything valuable. This plays a role, for example, in a paint shop or at a vehicle manufacturer. As we use good alternatives such as plastic toe protection, synthetic material to protect against nails and hooks such as plastic eyelets, the shoes are also lighter.
Instead of leather, we use a hard-wearing synthetic upper material for these low shoes. This pleases the vegan in you and is also kinder to the climate. What’s more, synthetic fibres are naturally lighter than leather. One pair weighs just 1,180 grams in size 42.
Incidentally, you can also wear these safety shoes with orthopaedic insoles.
